Finest Kind Caterers is based out of North Yarmouth, Maine and owned and operated by Virginia Anderson. Virginia grew up on a Potato Farm that also raised Black Angus, giving her the strong work ethics that she carries with her to Finest Kind Caterers. Her mother was a dietitian and taught Virginia how to cook at a very young age. She mastered baking at age 12 and learned to cook main course without loosing taste and nutrition.

The Traditional Down east style lobster bake and clam bake offered by Finest Kind Caterers was showcased on Food Nation with Bobby Flay: Maine Lobster (The Food Network).
